The Perfect Partner for Your New Company or Product Launch

When we first launched our own company in 2007, we did not realize it, but we were helping to drive two of the biggest changes in consumer packaging. Those were the beginning of direct-to-consumer marketing, and long overdue interest in eco-friendly packaging. Combine this with sharp increase of start-up companies, promoting new products via the internet, and our services and capabilities were suddenly in great demand.

Why were we the perfect packaging partner for these new companies? We have analyzed this early success and came up with this short list of reasons:

  • We could relate to the proliferation of the new companies. We understood what maximizing impact and minimizing cost really meant. How to get the most box for the least amount of money was critical for many of the new, in some cases, underfunded companies we served.
  • We were not stuck by doing things the same old way. Keeping in mind most boxes made at that time were RSC’s printed outside only with basic alpha numeric info printed in one or maybe two colors. We pushed for the development of multi color designs on die cut mailers and most of all, printing the inside of DTC boxes. We were leading the charge for “The WOW Factor”, and the “Unboxing Experience” when other box suppliers thought e-commerce and sustainability were just temporary consumer phases.
  • Details matter. The more projects we worked, the more we learned and discovered that new potential customers did not know which options were best for their specific application. Board grades, and paper combinations, as well as sustainability specifics such as recycled content, and recyclability information.
  • New projects require unique needs. Today you can order “custom printed boxes” via the internet. You may not even have to speak to anyone because all you need is a credit card. However, you are not likely to receive ink color swatches, die line templates, print cards to confirm lay out and print placement, digital proofs to make sure the graphic design you create, and we produce is exactly what you want. We go the extra mile to make sure you are thrilled, not just satisfied with your new packaging. No disappointing surprises.

I can’t claim it was our plan all along, but good fortune and timing were sure on our side. We have worked with and launched some very small, home-based brands. The large companies we have been fortunate to help create packaging for include Harry’s, Madison Reed, Warby Parker, Cat Person, and many other now household names.

We truly were designed, perhaps by default to help launch some terrific companies. Our decades of experience, combined with a commitment to world class customer service, have resulted in a great company to have at your side as you try to determine how to create the most attractive, effective packaging at the lowest possible cost.
